Timeplast Lawn Repair Filament
Print it once. Let it perform over time.
Timeplast’s Lawn Repair Filament is engineered to slowly release preserved active molecules after printing. Instead of creating static parts, you can now produce structures that continue to interact with their environment long after fabrication.
But this isn’t just any controlled-release material, this filament is specifically designed to support and repair lawn growth over time.
Inside the filament, we’ve integrated a balanced system of:
Mulch particles to help retain moisture and protect soil
Deconstructed grass seed to support new growth
Lawn fertilizer to nourish developing roots
Water-absorbing and releasing fillers that regulate moisture and extend the release of all active components
Together, these elements work in harmony, allowing your printed object to gradually stabilize, nourish, and repair lawn areas over time.
What It Does
Gradually releases embedded active compounds
Supports lawn repair with seed, nutrients, and moisture control
Preserves sensitive molecules during printing
Maintains structural integrity while enabling time-based performance
Turns printed parts into functional, environment-interacting systems
Why It Matters
Your printer doesn’t need to change.
Your material does.
With this filament, your existing machine can create:
Lawn repair structures
Agricultural support systems
Environmental or remediation components
Smart material prototypes
Performance-driven functional designs
A printed object is no longer the end product.
It becomes the start of a process.
Built on Advanced Timeplast Technology
Developed using Timeplast’s patented polymer systems, this material protects active ingredients during extrusion and enables controlled release afterward, bringing programmable behavior into everyday additive manufacturing.
Printing recommendations: For reliable prints, please always use a 0.8mm nozzle. A cryogrip blue plate so that first layer will adhere. For all of the other parameters, please use our specialized GPT here. And if at any point you have questions, concerns, or difficulty printing, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at timeplast@timeplast.com. We work with every customer until their filament prints successfully, and we also offer no-questions-asked refunds if the material simply isn’t the right fit for you. Your satisfaction is always our priority.
