Timeplast stands by the quality of its filament products with a 100% Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your filament purchase, you may return eligible items for a refund. Below is our customer-friendly return policy for Timeplast filament products:

1. Return Window

  • Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for standard filament products.

  • Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.

2. Product Condition

  • For returns due to change of mind or dissatisfaction (not defects), products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging (including seals, labels, and spool).

  • Products that have been used, partially used, or removed from original packaging are not eligible for return.

  • For returns due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage, we will accept opened items if the customer provides photos or other evidence of the issue.

3. Custom Color Filaments

  • Custom color filament orders are final sale. Due to their special production, custom-colored filaments are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

  • Please double-check your custom order details before purchase.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us at timeplast@timeplast.com or via our website’s Contact page within the applicable return period. Provide the following information: order number, product name, and reason for return (plus evidence if defective).

  • Our team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA, Return Merchandise Authorization) and shipping instructions.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a Timeplast error or product defect, we cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for other reasons (e.g., change of mind or incorrect order by the customer).

  • If you prefer to use a Timeplast-provided prepaid return label for convenience, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).

6. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product (typically within 2–3 business days of arrival), we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, the refund may take 5–10 additional business days to appear in your account.

  • We will send you a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.
