Timeplast reserves the right to evaluate and accept or decline any order, subscription, or customer account at our sole discretion, except where prohibited by law.

We may refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel orders when necessary to protect our technology, brand reputation, operational integrity, or community standards. Situations in which this may occur include, but are not limited to:

• suspected fraud, misuse, or abusive behavior

• attempts to purchase for unauthorized resale or redistribution

• actions that threaten or conflict with Timeplast’s brand reputation or ethical standards

• violations of our policies, intellectual property, or safety requirements

• concerns related to compliance, ethics, or regulatory restrictions

• behavior that may harm Timeplast, our customers, or the TimeMass®️ product ecosystem

ALL DECISIONS ARE MADE IN GOOD FAITH, CONSISTENT WITH APPLICABLE LAWS, AND NEVER BASED ON DISCRIMINATORY FACTORS SUCH AS RACE, GENDER, RELIGION, AGE, DISABILITY, OR ANY OTHER PROTECTED CHARACTERISTIC.
