Timeplast Heat Conductive Filament

$29.99

Functional thermal performance, printed directly into your parts.

Timeplast Heat Conductive is a next-generation 3D printing filament designed to help your printed parts manage heat, not trap it. Unlike traditional plastics that act as insulators, this material is engineered to spread and dissipate heat across the surface of a printed object, making it ideal for electronics, enclosures, and custom cooling applications.

At its core, this filament blends ultra-fine copper particles and carbon-based conductive pathways into our proprietary Timeplast polymer matrix. The result is a lightweight, flexible, and thermally active material that performs where standard filaments fall short. Heat moves through the part more evenly, reducing hot spots and improving overall thermal stability without introducing electrical conductivity.

This filament isn’t meant to replace solid metal heat sinks, but it opens up something metals can’t easily offer: custom, lightweight, complex geometries that actively help manage heat while remaining electrically insulating.

Why makers choose Heat Conductive Timeplast

• Helps spread and dissipate heat in printed parts
• Electrically insulating but thermally functional
• Flexible and lightweight compared to metal solutions
• Enables complex shapes impossible with machined metal
• Designed for real-world use, not just prototypes

Ideal for applications like:

• Phone, tablet, and electronics cases
• LED housings and mounts
• Battery holders and spacers
• Sensor and electronics enclosures
• Wearables and low-power electronics
• Custom thermal mounts, brackets, and fixtures

Printing notes

This filament prints on standard FDM printers with the right setup. A textured build plate is recommended for adhesion, and proper drying before printing is essential for best thermal performance. During printing, you may notice water vapor, this is normal and part of the material’s chemistry.

Timeplast Heat Conductive lets you move beyond decorative or structural prints and start designing parts that do something. It’s thermal functionality, built directly into your geometry. No extra components required.
