Accessibility.
We want everyone to be able to read about our materials, shop them and reach a person when something does not work. This page says what we do, what we are still working on, and how to tell us about a problem.
Built to be readable.
We use real text rather than text inside images wherever we can, give links and buttons labels that say where they go, add descriptions to product, team and Wall photos, keep text contrast high on our dark design, and check every page on phones as well as desktops.
Not everything is there yet.
Some older pages, product descriptions and PDF documents were written before this design and may be harder to use with a screen reader. Videos play on YouTube, where captions depend on the video. The cart, checkout and forms are provided by our website platform, Squarespace.
A person will help.
If anything on this site is hard to use, email timeplast@timeplast.com with the page address and what happened. A member of our team will read it and help, including placing an order with you or sending product information in another format.
